Sometimes just making the decision to not make a decision, can help you to feel so much more peaceful. We have so many choices, and things to do, and sometimes we just need to let go, and give ourselves permission to not be in COMPLETE control all the time. Give yourself a time limit where you will not make that decision until that time. Those who believe there is a higher purpose and meaning to life than just our daily existence, feel calmer when we let our lives just flow, letting things around us show us the way to go. You will then really know what decision is right for you, and when to make it.
We can look after ourselves and do alot of the right things for our health and wellbeing, but we can't be perfect at it all the time. So being kinder to ourselves and not always on alert about the things we haven't been the best at, but instead being more aware of giving ourselves a bit of a pat on the back for the good stuff, will actually increase our motivation to do better, because we feel happier, which is such a nicer way to live our daily lives...just saying..
